There is a lot of competition for your business when it comes to lawncare equipment. Big box stores carry everything you need at competative pricing, but no servicing... Other Lawn & Garden stores offer competative pricing as well, but poor to mediocre customer service. The main thing to me is customer service. At the end of the day, it's the only thing businesses have to offer to set them apart from everone else. It's what doing business is all about. And Joe's has been terrific I bought my lawn tractor from Joe's, and I have it serviced every year. They're fair and knowledgable, responsible and prompt. And, its a locally owned company. I highly recommend doing business there.

Great customer service and work. I was looking for a place that could work on small engines and get it done right. I had a couple that needed some work done but couldn't find a place. Started looking online for reviews and they came up. They got them running like new without having to replace much as some other places do. They have a good selection of equipment to purchase and they also rent out a large wood processor for doing large amounts of firewood. They are pretty quick on the turnaround of equipment as long as the parts are available. I can't hold parts availability on them when everyone is having trouble. Very pleased and will continue to go back to them in the future. Thanks for the good work and keep it up.

They stood by their agreement with Earthquake to service their equipment even though they don't sell that. Repaired my chipper/shredder, ordered warrantied parts, and their labor rates are amazing!
